I had a client that wanted me to design two book covers (only fronts are shown for copyright purposes), a company logo, and a magazine.

This project taught me the value of having a written contract. The magazine was never finished and I was never paid for my services.

I'm not mad about it though because this life lesson taught me so much and forced my hand into gaining knowledge about the industry and legal matters that go with it. It also taught me how to use blogger to showcase my work.

Sometimes in life you step into pit falls and hit the ground hard, but perseverance teaches you how to carve steps into the hard dirt and climb your way out.
